1. Upon booking your trip, $130 is required as a deposit to hold the date. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Please remit the deposit within 15 days of booking your trip. Deposits can be paid by using a Credit Card over my site via PayPal or by mailing a personal check or money order to the address below. The remainder balance of your trip is due the day of your trip and can be paid in cash or with a personal check.

2. Full-day trips are 8 hours and begin in the morning. We fish rain or shine. Inclement weather doesn't automatically postpone your trip. In the event of extremely poor or unsafe conditions, we can change the trip location or reschedule your trip. Trips must be rescheduled during the year they were originally booked.

3. Gift certificates are available in any amount and must be redeemed during the year for which they are purchased.

4. During the cold water season, clients are required to dress accordingly. Wear proper cold weather apparel to ensure safety and enjoyment on your trip. Remember, it's always colder on the water! During the warmer months, items like hats, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses and fluids to drink are advised. When rain is forecasted, please dress accordingly. Contact me if you have questions.

5. Trip rates include equipment such as some lures, rods, reels and the boat, motor, gas, PFD"s and instruction for the day. I encourage clients to bring their own rods, provided they are adequate for the fishing we are doing. Rates are for 1 or 2 persons. Clients are responsible for a valid PA or NJ fishing license as well as their food and drink for their outing. There is a $50 fee for broken rods.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON BOARD MY BOAT, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please advise of any medical conditions prior to boarding the boat.

7. I will contact you several days prior to your trip date to confirm directions and details. River conditions can change quickly and will dictate our launch points. If you have concerns prior to your trip, contact me. I regularly monitor river levels and conditions so I will keep you informed.

8. Half day trips (5 hours) can be arranged.

9. All trips are catch-and-release on smallmouth bass. Artificial lures are used.

10. Catch rates vary throughout the season. Weather and water conditions, as well as angler skill levels are all factors. Guiding is my livlihood, so you will get 100% effort and attention from me.
